Tomorrow starts it all over again. I am going to go to the gym tomorrow and eat better tomorrow and of course drink that water!
Menu for th eday:
breakfast is the fun tasting protein shake
lunch (at a restaurant) but will stick to low fat high protein foods.
dinner subway flatbread roast beef (320 cal. 7 g. fat, 26 g. protein, 42 g. carb) Just need to walk out of subway before I purchase the potato chips.
exercise: 30 mins treadmill, 15 stepper machine
