
So I don't need to wear my polar watch and my nike+ watch at the same time, Love it!. So I did the strepper for 10 mins, ran for a mile, did the stepper another 10 mins, rowing maching for 5 mins and ended with 15 mins of cycling. Each time trying to keep my heart rate up to 150. Ok that was hard. I am seeing each day how out of shape even with the weight lose I really am. This will hopefully help with the knees and my training for the next race in April.
Today is another day and I woke up to the delayed opening call, sweet! Slept an extra hour and then went out to shovel the snow/ice of my driveway and my neighbors. Should of put the monitar on so that I could keep track of the caloris, oops. But did shovel for atleast 45 mins. Shoulders hurt, good sign. Bad sign my left hand fingers were frozen, needed to thaw them out for a good 10 mins when I was done. Note to self: need thicker water proof gloves.
So had a healthy breakfast (the scrambled egg quesidella) but was so craving the dt coke. Lunch today is a mix of shrimp and crabmeat that I put through the food processor and add some onion and celery to it. About a 1 T of mayo and mix. Yummy and my band doesn't get irritated with the food since its mushy. Bonus!
