New Year New me...

ok that is what Im going to be working on this year, The year of ME! I started it out last month with purchasing (way to may purchases) but things I wanted! Now that Im broke I need to work on my outward appearance. So today I started to diet, strictly keeping to a plan.

The plan is:
1. to make up the food for the day a day ahead of time so it will be ready to go and I will not need to sit and think about it.
2. Work out atleast 3 days a week. Not including the BL challenge at the health club.
3. Train properly for the 1/2 marathon in the fall.
4. To run in one 5k a month starting in March
March 12 Mooristown 5k St Patty's day race
April ? possibly this race
May 1 Northvale 5k Laces for learning race or maybe this one Hair of the dog. Just name should make me want to run it LOL
June 5 Tenafly 5k run
5. Run a 10k in aug or sept. If am up to it maybe do this 10k in june
6. DRINK WATER!
