One month

has gone by since I last posted. Hate when life takes over, don't you? Well since I started this dieting again on New Years day I am down....drum roll please......20 lbs. I have been working out several days a week and trying to watch what I eat....Ok just so you know its cheese cake today (my birthday cake of choice) then I will go to the gym to night to alteast take some of those calories off that I am putting on at lunch with my HUGE piece of cake! That is lunch and only that! Got a mental goal of 10 lbs a month and so far am keeping to it. Im back running and need to start taking that up a notch if I plan on running a 5k in April! Keep you posted on that progress. Well bell is going to run and need to get ready!
